TMT has established a Safety Reporting System to identify issues involving Employee Health and Safety within the facility, as well as Aviation Safety issues related to work performed on aircraft components by the Repair station.

Employees are advised that the use of this form or other reports of unsafe conditions or practices are protected by law. It would be illegal for the employer to take any action against an employee in reprisal for exercising rights to participate in communications involving safety.
TMT Management will investigate any report or question involving employee health or safety as required by the Injury and Illness Prevention Program Standard (8 CCR 3203) and advise the employee who provided the information, and/or the workers in the area, of the action taken. Action regarding reported aviation safety issues will be handled by the Quality Manager in accordance with 14 CFR part 145.219(d)
